Emerald Class

Emerald Class is a small sized class with a high pupil to staff ratio. We provide specialist support for our secondary aged pupils with additional needs in Key Stages 3 and 4. We have lots of fun during our days, and we find that is the best way to learn! We want our pupils to want to come in to school and enjoy their days.

If your child is in Emerald Class, they will access all the usual school subjects; classroom based and vocational subjects outside the classroom. In addition, a core part of our curriculum focuses on social and communication skills, movement, motor skills and life skills. We are aiming to prepare the children to be as independent as possible as young adults. We look forward to spending time with you.
