Welcome to Flamingo Class!
In Flamingo Class, we have a range of Key Stage 2 aged pupils. We will engage in a lot of learning through our senses, exploring our environment and how to be as safe and independent as possible within our community. We will access a range of sensory experiences in the classroom and around our school as well as establishing routines within the classroom. We will also have opportunities to go off site and in the community to develop awareness of keeping safe. This will include to local shops, the library, soft play and parks.
Our lessons will include: phonics, maths, literacy, science, topic as well as forest school, PE, music and other enriching activities. Pupils will complete work in a personalised approach including at work stations, through play/practical sessions as well as in small groups
