This is Meerkat, our excellent first class of Early Years' provision. Our classroom is specially designed to give the children an EYFS curriculum, while still catering for their individual needs and targets.
Our curriculum is fun, engaging, and interactive; usually based around a story that the children love. We love to get messy and investigate sensory activities as well as improving our gross and fine motor skills.
Interventions for additional needs such as speech and language and physical therapy are provided by our well-trained staff working together with outside agencies and parents.
We have an excellent outdoor provision which includes room to run, climb, swing, and dig.
Our children also benefit from our regular trips out in the local area, including soft play, Huggle Pets Centre and the Sycamore Adventure Centre.
