Welcome to Pathway 1!
Pathway 1 will suit learners who require more emphasis on learning through exploration, repetition and need to develop their ability to make independent choices. There is a need to develop their communication and this will be focused specifically more through SCERTS. Interoception and addressing sensory needs will also form a significant part of this pathway. The subjects will be grouped together rather than taught discretely. The 7 curriculum areas will be; Communication, Language & Literacy, My Thinking & Problem Solving, My Body, Living Skills, Me & My Community, Myself and Others, Creative development and Expression.
