    Admissions

As a Special School, our admissions are decided in partnership with Dudley’s SEN team.

The school currently has 174 pupils, we are hugely oversubscribed. This has led to us making the decision to no longer offer visits to view our school unless you have a child who is in either Nursery Provision or Year 11 looking for a place in September 2026.

Our EYFS class and our Post 16 provisions are the only year groups for whom we offer places for. This is closely discussed with the SEN team. In previous years, we have offered 10 EYFS places.

Our Post 16 places are dependent on how many leave Year 14 each year and how many of our own pupils are moving up into Year 12. If we have spaces, we can offer places to students from other settings, but only if we have met the needs of our internal students. Our Post 16 offer was created for students in our Autism Pathway classes as they require specialist Post 16 provision.

If you are a parent of a child in these two year groups (EYFS, Post 16), you are able to request a visit via our Contact us Form.

We receive consultations from Dudley and other local authorities. We have 15 days to respond to these and do so in a timely manner. If we feel that we need to undertake a visit before responding, we will do this to ensure we have understood the child’s provision requirements and needs.

Our agreed PAN is 117, with 174 on roll. As a result, we currently have no places available other than EYFS and Post 16 for the next academic year, 2026 -2027. These are limited and will be decided in collaboration with the SEN team.

Please refer to our Admissions Policy for additional information.
