On the last day of term I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
I would also like to thank you all again for your support while we work together to manage the challenges presented by the spread of COVID-19 and especially with isolation and testing. I know how difficult it is to be under constant pressure to test your children under the current rules and how difficult it is to be on constant call when your child is displaying the smallest of symptoms.
Unfortunately, I believe this will continue after Christmas and I hope that we can rely on your continue support to follow the rules set by the Government.
It is with sadness we are losing 3 staff members;
Mrs Donna Benson – Lunchtime Supervisor for Secondary 1
Miss Laura Pinion – Admin Assistant
Mrs Markie Smart – Teaching Assistant for Secondary 1
Mrs Smart is retiring after 17 years with us and has done an amazing job with many of our pupils throughout the years.
All of them are moving onto new adventures and I hope you join me wishing them all the best.
Finally, I hope you all have a well deserved rest and enjoy the festivities of the holiday. Please stay staff.
Mr J Kulyk
