West Bromwich Albion Foundation are also running SEND Social Hubs every Monday from 5.00pm to 6.00pm at Portway Lifestyle Centre. The sessions have been specifically designed for young people, aged 6 to 16 years of age, with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities.
Activities available during the sessions include board games, gaming consoles, multi-sports and many others.
