Halesbury School is currently significantly oversubscribed. Our PAN is 117 and we currently have 172 pupils on roll.
We have therefore made the decision with the support of the LA, to no longer offer visits to view the school at this current time. This is due to the impact visits have on the children and the fact that we are not currently able to offer any places at our school. This decision will be reviewed in September 2024. The LA have a waiting list for specialist SEN places and if a place should become available they will send us formal consultation papers. If we are consulted and feel we can meet need, then a visit will be offered to the parents/carers as part of this consultation process. We feel this is acting in the best interests of parents/carers by not raising expectations.
